Day 1: Arrival - Helsinki - Explore Helsinki

 

• Arrive in Helsinki & check in

• Explore Helsinki city center - Aleksanterinkatu, Helsinki Cathedral , Market Square ​ 

 

Day 2: Explore Helsinki 

 

• Take a ferry and visit UNESCO World Heritage site - Suomenlinna

• Experience a great Finnish Sauna 

 

Day 3: Explore Helsinki |  Overnight train to Rovaniemi

 

• Check out - drop bags at the train station lockers

• Take a ferry to Tallinn & explore the beautiful Tallinn City  

• Return & board your Santa Claus Express train to Rovaniemi

Day 4: Arrive Rovaniemi

• Reach Rovaniemi in the morning & check-in

• Explore city center & visit Arktikum Museum and Science Centre

• Evening, Northern Light Tour with professional photographer

Day 5: Rovaniemi – Lapland

 

• Visit Santa Claus Village and meet the Santa Claus

• Reindeer ride at the Santa Claus Village (optional)

• Cross the Arctic Circle & get the certificate

• If you didn't get to see the Northern Lights the previous night, try again (PAID)

 

Day 6: Polar Ice Breaker Cruise

 

• Head for your Polar Ice Breaker Cruise with shuttle transfer from city center

• Tour the 7 decks of the ship

• Experience swimming at a temperature of -20°C ​

 

Day 7: Explore Rovaniemi

 ​

• Visit Ranua National Park for the Arctic Wildlife

• Visit Husky / Reindeer farms (Optional)

• Evening, head to the Arctic Snowhotel for dinner (Subject to opening)

Day 8:  Arrive Utsjoki

• Bus from Rovaniemi to Utsjoki via Ivalo

• Explore Utsjoki Church

• Evening, head for your Northern Lights Tour

 

Day 9: Explore Utsjoki 

 

• Experience the Snow Shoe Walk with pick up & drop off from your stay 

• Explore the beautiful Utsjoki town

Day 10: Explore Utsjoki Activities

 

• Snowmobile experience through Utsjoki’s snowy fells with pick up & drop off from your stay

• Try Arctic sauna by the river Teno

Day 11: Arrive Saariselka 

 

• Bus from Utsjoki to Saariselka

• Explore the Saariselka Village ​

Day 12: Explore Saariselka | Arrive Helsinki

 

• Head out for your Guided Tobogganing tour

• Bus from Saariselka to Rovaniemi via Ivalo

• Reach Rovaniemi and take the overnight Santa Claus Express train to Helsinki

Day 13: Departure 

 

• Arrive Helsinki in the morning

• Take the flight back home
