Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival | Oslo 

  

• Arrive Oslo and check-In at the accommodation.

• Take a walking tour of the main street, Karl Johans gate.

• Walk up to the Royal Palace and explore the streets around it..

• Try local drinks and food at Grünerløkka.​

 

Day 2: Explore | Oslo

•  Breakfast at a local cafe

• Visit the beautiful "Vigeland Sculpture Park".

• Explore Kvadraturen - the Historical center of Oslo.

• Hop on to the ferry to visist the nearby tiny Islands.​

• Take a stroll around Aker Brygge promenade.

 Day 3: Norway in a Nutshell tour | Overnight Flåm

 

• Start early with your Norway in a Nutshell Tour.

• Enjoy the scenic train journeys to Myrdal.

• Transfer to Flåm with another train ride.

• Check in at the accommodation in Flåm. 

• If possible, do a journey to "Stegastein View Point".

Day 4: Explore | Continue with the tour to Bergen

​​​​

• Continue with your onward journey from Flåm to Bergen. 

• Take the UNESCO Nærøyfjord Cruise to Gudvangen.

• Hop on to the bus to Voss and then train to Bergen

• Explore Bryggen, the wooden neighborhood of Bergen.

• Head out to Mt.Fløyen for panoramic views.

​​Day 5: Reach Tromso afternoon | Northern Lights tour

• Take the flight from Bergen to Tromsø.

• Check in at the accommodation in Tromsø.

• Take a leisurely walk around the city center

• Dinner at a local restaurant or café

• Evening, head for your Northern Lights tour.

Day 6: Explore | Tromsø​

​​​

• After breakfast, start exploring the city - self-guided

• Explore the Polaria Aquarium and Polar Museum

• Visit the Arctic Cathedral

• Take a cable car ride up to Mount Storsteinen for panoramic views of Tromsø

• Grab dinner with views of the harbour or city lights

• In the evening, try Northern Lights Tour again (50% off), if missed previous day

 

Day 7: Explore | Tromso

• Have a relaxing day today.

• Relax on a floating sauna

• Opt for a Fjord Cruise around Tromso

• Head out for some shopping and enjoy the nightlife of Tromso

Day 8: Tromso to Longyearbyen

​​

• Early breakfast - Check out 

• Move to the last destination - Longyearbyen on Svalbard Island

• Check-in and explore the town 

• Opt for dog sledding tour on cart. Book in advance

• Northern Light tour - if the weather is in favor

Day 9: Explore | Longyearbyen

​​​​

• After breakfast, self-explore Longyearbyen

• Visit Svalbard museum

• Explore coal mine 3 of Svalbard (Optional)

• In the evening, tour the local brewery of Longyearbyen (Optional)

• Northern Light tour - if it did not happen on the previous day - subject to favourable weather

Day 10: Explore | Longyearbyen​

• After breakfast, explore the town

• Visit Svalbard Church

• North Pole Expedition Museum

• Northern Light Hunt Tour in Snowcat 

• Explore the nightlife of Longyearbyen

Day 11: Explore | Longyearbyen

​​

• Leisure day today

• Visit Svalbard Museum

• Enjoy Svalbard Gallery

• Explore Svalbard Brewery

• Arctic Night Walk around town

Day 12: Longyearbyen to Oslo

​​

• After breakfast check out & move to the airport 

• Return flight to Oslo
