  • We would be driving from Srinagar all the way to Pahalgam - the car would be fully equipped for mountain driving- A special focus on safety, halts, accommodations, food, hours of driving every day, route, and a lot more research is going on.

DAY 01: SRINAGAR- GULMARG


This journey covering about 56 km would take about a 2 hr drive.
Receive from Srinagar International Airport drive to Gulmarg (at an altitude of 2900 Mtrs), a cup-shaped valley called “Meadow of flowers”. The green carpeted meadows offer a pleasant view to tourists and the perfect level of slopes to the golfers the Asia’s highest golf course with 18 holes is also a part of the beauty in Gulmarg. Check in to the hotel and overnight there

Day 02: GULMARG

 

Gulmarg sightseeing. You can take to a Cable Car ride (optional / at extra cost), which is completely computerized and goes up to the top, which is the highest in the world at an altitude of 14000 ft. One can enjoy the breathtaking view of snow-capped mountains while going up to the Ist phase known as Kongdori [3045 mtrs] or the IInd phase known as Affarwat [4060 mtrs], a famous ridge that offers adventurous slopes for downhill skiing /snowboarding.

A sled or Ski can be hired when slopes are covered with snow. In the evening you visit Saint Marry church & Rani Temple. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

DAY 03: GULMARG– PAHALGAM


This journey covering about 150 km would take about 3 ½ hr drive.
transfer by car to Pahalgam (located at an altitude of 2130 Mts). En-route visit, Saffron fields reach till evening and overnight there

Day 04: Pahalgam Sightseeing

Visit Aru by local car (optional / on extra cost), a village 11 km from Pahalgam. Here you can have a glimpse of Kolohoi Peak 5370 Mtrs. Afternoon, visit Chandanwari (optional / at extra cost), located 16 km from Pahalgam. This serves as the starting point of the Amarnath yatra. Dinner and overnight at Hotel
Or
you can visit Baisaran (Mini Switzerland) on ponies (optional / at extra cost). The huge meadows surrounded by thickly wooden forests of pine present a beautiful spectacle.

DAY 05: Pahalgam - SRINAGAR


This journey covering about 95 km would take about 3½ hr drive.
After Breakfast, drive to Srinagar city (“Sri” means Lakshmi or Wealth & “Nagar” means a city). Check-in at the hotel.

Day 06: Srinagar Sightseeing


Sightseeing of Sri Shankaracharya Temple & Mughal Gardens (Nishat, Shalimar, and Cheshmashahi & Parimahal). En route to Hazratbal Shrine & Nigeen Club located on the bank of Famous Nigeen Lake. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.
In the Evening visit floating gardens in the famous Dal Lake by Shikara. Dinner and overnight at Hotel

DAY 07: SRINAGAR SONAMARG SRINAGAR


After breakfast transfer towards Sonamarg do a same day tour of Sonamarg return back till evening and overnight in the same hotel at Srinagar.

DAY 08:-SRINAGAR AIRPORT DROP


After breakfast, you check out from the hotel and drop at the airport.
