Trip Itinerary

Your trip starts in Budapest. You have to reach Budapest by Date - 27th May'20 afternoon at 1 pm.

 

Budapest - 2 days

 

Day 1: Reach Budapest by afternoon.

 

• Check-in - The hostel is centrally located and is within a walking distance from the Chain bridge.

• Evening meets up with fellow travelers at the hostel continued with a walk to the Hewish quarter.

• The food at a local restaurant

• Get together at St.Stephen basilica and trip walkthrough with an introduction.

• The evening walks from the Chain bridge to the Elizabeth bridge exploring the Danube and Buda side.

• Visit World war ruin bar for an evening drink

 

Day 2: After Breakfast

 

• After breakfast, we start with the Bus tour of the city

• Head to Buda Castle for panoramic views of this beautiful city.

• Explore the castle district. 

• Head to some of the major monuments known for its wonderful design and architecture, Fisherman's Bastion, Matthias Church, The Parliament.

• Lunch at castle district *(Not included)

• Evening end at Elizabeth Square 

• Free to explore the city by yourself

 

 

Ljubljana -3 days

 

Day 3: Budapest to Ljubljana 

 

• After an early morning breakfast head to our next destination.

• Check-in 

• We head out to a local restaurant for food and walkthrough of the trip.

• Walking tour of the city

• Dinner and drinks

 

Day 4: Ljubljana

 

• After breakfast - we start our day with a visit to the "The National Museum of Slovenia". 

• We continue with the walking tour and make our way to the Triple Bridge, visit the Ljubljana Cathedral. 

• LUNCH at a local cafe 

• After lunch continue with the walking tour

• Later in the evening, meet up at the hostel for a pub crawl.

 

Day 5: Day Trip to Lake Bled

 

• Today after breakfast we head to one of the most beautiful parts of the country- Lake Bled. 

• Visit the castle and walk the areas around. 

• LUNCH 

• Evening return to capital

• Free to explore the city by yourself

 

Vienna - 2 days

 

Day 6: After Breakfast leave for Vienna

A stroll around Vienna can be like a journey back in time to the days of the empire

 

•  Stay  Hostel centrally located - close to Oldtown

• We are in the city of music, art, culture and fine food which is the beating heart of Europe

• We head to one of the most beautiful boulevards and with it explore some beautiful buildings of Vienna.

• We take tram rides, bus tours of the city and get to know this very beautiful city. 

• The evening we head to the center for some local Viennese food and later head to Kohlmarkt for some more exploration.

• We head to some good bar for a few drinks.

• The night is all yours.

 

Day 7: Vienna

 

• After breakfast, we start our bus tour and explore the Imperial Palace and later we head to visit the Habsburgs' former summer residence - " Schönbrunn Palace". Plan to spend a good half-day at Schönbrunn, a World Heritage site and a marvel of Baroque architecture and garden design.

• Continue with Bus tour until evening

• After the bus tour ends you are free to explore the city by yourself.

 

Kraków - 2 day

 

Day 8: Early Morning train/bus to Kraków

 

• After early morning breakfast, we head to our next city Kraków in Poland.

• Reach by afternoon - Check In 

• Walking tour of the city 

• Explore the main historical square of this city

• Make a visit to the Jewish quarter

• Dinner and drinks

 

Day 9: Day trip to Oswiecim

 

• Check out

• After breakfast - a trip to Oswiecim - known for the Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau, a former WWII concentration camp with preserved gas chambers and artifacts 

• Return to Oswiecim

• Rest of  the day at leisure

 

Prague - 2 days 

 

Day 10: Praha

 

• After breakfast head to our next destination

• Reach Praha by afternoon

• Check-In - Take rest

• Late LUNCH

• Food and Walking tour of Old town Prague.

• Explore Charles Bridge and areas around. Hang out at the bridge or at the local Prague cafe.

• Pub Crawl - Optional activity

 

Day 11: Praha

 

• After Breakfast head to Prague castle the biggest in the world to enjoy panoramic views of this gorgeous city

• Later explore-Astronomical clock, Jewish Cemetery, Walking tour of Oldtown

• LUNCH 

• Visit the John Lennon Wall & Joh Lennon Pub

• Free to explore the city by yourself

• Meet up at Evening for a farewell dinner and a small party

 

Day 12:  Trip ends

• We have a plan/itinerary for the whole trip but some things might get changed according to the situation please be prepared. (like flight delays etc)

• No refund in case of cancellation of flights of interconnecting flights/trains.

• We would be staying in backpacker hostel all the time and would be sharing the room with other people, you are responsible for your own stuff and yourself
