Trip Itinerary

 

The meeting point for all travelers would be Haridwar.

Meeting time will be informed

 

Day 1:- Haridwar to Joshimath

• Places Between 

• -> Breakfast point

• -> Lunch Point

• -> Dinner.

Day 2:- Drive Joshimath to Govindghat - Pulna and Trek to Ghangharia

• Camping night (3 Meals)

Day 3:- Ghangaria to Valley of Flower back to Ghangaria

•  Camping night (3 Meals).

​

Day 4:- Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib back to Ghangaria

• Camping night (3 Meals). 

​

Day 5:- Ghangaria to Govindghat and drive to Joshimath via Badrinath     

• Camping night (3 Meals).

Day 6:- Departure Day
Note: On Day 6, you’ll reach Haridwar between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. You can book your travel any time after 8:00 pm

Inclusions: **

• Transportation support on Traveller, Ertiga, or Innova (depending on the size of the group) throughout the journey.

• Accommodation. (Guesthouse, Homestay,)

• Meals while on trek (Veg. + Egg) from Dinner on Day 1 to Dinner on Day 5

• All necessary entry fees and permits.

• First Aid Medical Kits and Oxygen Cylinder

• Mountaineering qualified & professional Trek Leader, Guide, Cook and Support staff.

• Porters/mules to carry central equipment

• Transport Haridwar to Govindghat and return

• Local Support Team for Geographical Intelligence Crampons / Micro-spikes to the Trekkers (if Required)

• Insurance

• Porters or mules to carry your personal luggage. The cost per bag (10/12 kg) is 500 per day.

• Any kind of personal expenses.

• Any kind of personal medication.

• Any kind of emergency evacuation charges

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 7 Days: 100 of Trek/adventure program cost will be refunded.

• Less than 7 Days : 30% of Trek/adventure program cost will be refunded 

• Less than 3 Days : 70% of Trek/adventure program cost will be refunded

• Less than 3 Days due to Covid +ve : Credit note will be issued ( Covid report has to be provided )

• No Show - No refund

Terms & Conditions

 

• You are an adult and you have to take full responsibility for yourself at all times and respect other cultures.

•  If you are caught doing anything illegal you would be facing the consequences alone, travel to discover will not come into the picture.

• You have to follow all the instructions told by the trip leader at all times.

• When you are traveling alone you have to tell the team about your whereabouts.

• You have to abide by all the rules and regulations of another country.

• You would be traveling with other people, you have to respect everyone's privacy.

• We have a plan/itinerary for the whole trip but some things might get changed according to the situation please be prepared.(like flight delays etc)

• No refund in case of cancellation of trip due to Covid to the client or lockdown in-state - credit note will be issued.

• We would be staying in camps all the time and would be sharing the room with other people, you are responsible for your own stuff and yourself
