Trek Info - Milam Glacier trek is a major glacier of the Kumaon Himalaya. It is located in the tehsil of Munsiyari, part of the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, India, about 15 km northeast of Nanda Devi. It ranges in elevation from about 5,500 meters to about 3,870 meters at its snout.

Trip Itinerary
The meeting point for all travelers would be Kathgodam.

Day 1:- Kathgodam to Munsiyari (Waan Village).

(82km ) --> Almora (Lodhiya) -> breakfast point

(68km) --> Baijnath Temple -> Temple Darshan

(24km) --> Gwaldam -> Lunch Point

(53km) --> Munsiyari -> Night camping, Bonfire, Recreational activities, Dinner.

Day 2:- Munsiyari ( 2200 ) to Lilam -> 12 km

Camping night and Bonfire (3 Meals).

Day 3:- Lilam ( 1810 ) to Bagudiyar -> 13 Km

Camping night (3 Meals).

Day 4:- Bagudiyar ( 2450 ) to Rilkote -> 12 km
Camping night (3 Meals).

Day 5:- Rilkote ( 3350 ) to Burfu -> 9km

Camping night (3 Meals).

Day 6:- Burfu ( 3450 ) to Milam -> 8km (4.5 hrs)

The Milam glacier trek package includes:

Transportation support on Traveller, Ertiga, or Innova (depending on the size of the group) throughout the journey.

Accommodation on sharing basis.

All meals (vegetarian), including everything from Dinner on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 8.

Porters or mules to carry your personal luggage. The cost per bag (10/12 kg) is 300 per day.

If you are caught doing anything illegal you would be facing the consequences alone, travel to discover will not come into the picture.

You would be traveling with other people, you have to respect everyone's privacy.

We have a plan/itinerary for the whole trip but some things might get changed according to the situation please be prepared.(like flight delays etc)

No refund in case of cancellation of trip due to Covid to the client or lockdown in-state - credit note will be issued.

We would be staying in camps all the time and would be sharing the room with other people, you are responsible for your own stuff and yourself
