Copenhagen - Stockholm - Uppsala - Kiruna – Abisko

​

  • Backpacking trip - you travel with a budget,  stay in backpack hostels with other travelers coming from different countries, explore the culture of the different country, explore the city - either by walk or by local transport, try the different local cuisine, enjoy the nightlife.

  • Hostels - Where you stay are a very social hostel, so it's not only about meeting people from India but also people from the rest of the world.

  • Trip Description - Travel + Meet new people + See city like a tourist + Socialize + Explore + Eat + Walk + Dance + Drink + Enjoy  

  • Couples/Sole Female travelers are welcome but keep note you would be staying in backpack hostels where you would be staying in mixed dorms of either 6/8/10 beds shared by both males and females. Hostels have common bathrooms as well. 

  • Solo female travelers - please let us know at the time of booking if you want to stay in an only Female dorm.

  • Trip cost -  1,50,000 INR Inclusive of GST + 5% TCS 

  • Minimum group size: 10, Max group size: 20

Trip Itinerary

 

Your trip starts in Copenhagen. You have to reach Copenhagen by afternoon or by evening.

 

Copenhagen - 3 days

 

Day 1 - Reach Copenhagen by the afternoon.

 

  • Reach Copenhagen by the afternoon.

  • Check-in in the hostel. Your hostel is just 12 km from Airport.

  • Meeting point for all travelers in the hostel

  • Head out to Nyhavn, the most famous street with waterside cafes, restaurants, and bars.

  • LUNCH

  • After lunch, explore Nyhavn’s colorful townhouses and postcards. 

  • After that, you can also visit the famous Little Mermaid Statue and Tivoli Gardens Amusement Park

  • Have dinner and some cold beer in Nyhavn 

 

Day 2 - After Breakfast

 

  • After breakfast, we head for a tour of The National Museum of Denmark, which is the epitome of Danish history and Culture.

  • Visit the Frederiksborg Palace, the famous castle of Denmark.

  • Have lunch in the nearby restaurant

  • Take a boat cruise along Copenhagen waterways and canals

  • Dinner and Drinks in Copenhagen. Explore Nightlife.

Day 3 - After breakfast 

 

  • Visit the Viking Ship Museum, Roskilde, famous for ships of the prehistoric and medieval periods.

  • After that, enjoy your lunch onboard the restaurant ship M/S Sagafjord which departs from Roskilde Harbour.

  • Free to explore the nearby place by yourself.

  • Dinner & Drinks.

 

Stockholm - 3 days

 

Day 4 - After breakfast

 

  • After breakfast, leave for Stockholm by train

  • Check-in in the hostel, which is just 2.5 km from Railway System

  • After lunch, visit Gamla Stan, the city's oldest town with colorful streets. 

  • There are a lot of things to do here. Take a walk-through.

  • Explore Stortorget Square or explore the Gamla Stan on a Bicycle ride.

  • Dinner and drinks in Gamla Stan Restaurant

 

Day 5 - After breakfast 

 

  • After breakfast, head out to Royal Palace, or Stockholm Palace, the heart of Stockholm

  • After that head to Stockholm City Hall, an iconic historic building with grand ceremonial halls and unique arts. It offers guided tours throughout the day.

  • Have lunch in nearby restaurants.

  • Evening free to explore the City Center.

  • Enjoy the nightlife in Stockholm. 

 

Day 6 - After breakfast 

 

  • After breakfast, today we head out to a tranquil island in the heart of the city, Djurgarden.

  • Talk about a walking tour or rent a bicycle to explore the forest trails or enjoy canoeing in the canals of Djurgarden.

  • After lunch, we take a tour of the ABBA Museum, which is famous for the musical history of the greatest pop stars.

 

Uppsala - 2 days

​

Day 7 - After breakfast

 

  • After breakfast, take a train ride to Uppsala

  • Check-in in the hostel, which is just 2.3 km from Railway System

  • After freshening up, visit Stadsparken, which is a serene park with lots of greenery and flowers along the Fyris River. This place is in the heart of Uppsala.

  • Also, visit nearby Svandammen & Gustavianum (Optional).

  • Lunch at Stationen, Uppsala. 

  • After lunch, visit UPPSALA Cathedral, the tallest church in Scandinavia. 

  • Dinner& Drinks at Flustret, a lively place to enjoy UPPSALA Nightlife.

  • Attend live gigs, parties, and DJ’S.

Day 8 - After breakfast 

 

  • Today, we will explore the historic UPPSALA Castle, which reflects the history of Sweden. 

  • You may also visit the nearby Linneanum, a historic botanical Garden (Optional) 

  • After lunch, head out to Gamla UPPSALA, a village famous for ancient burial sites. 

  • Take a nice walk to bike ride along the beautiful path.

  • Evening free to explore by yourself. Dinner & Drinks at Williams Pub.

  • After dinner leave for Kiruna by Train, which takes around 14hrs. Enjoy the night Scandinavian Train ride.

Kiruna + Abisko – 3 days

 

Day 9 - Move to Kiruna

​

  • Afternoon, you reach Kiruna. Check in to Hotel. 

  • Today you are staying at the Ice Hotel, a hotel made of ICE. 

  • Sleep in the ICY Room. Drink in Ice Bars and Visit an ICE Church. 

 

Day 10 - Leave for Abisko 

​

  • After breakfast, leave for Abisko by Train. 

  • Check-in the Abisko Hostel. 

  • After lunch, head out for caving in Bjorkliden (

  • Dinner & Drinks. 

 

Day 11 & 12 - Abisko

​

  • After breakfast, head out for a morning hike to Abisko National Park.

  • Lunch

  • You can also pursue the Kungsleden Hiking Trail in Abisko. 

  • Dinner and Drinks and Party together. 

 

Day 13 - Return to India - trip gets over

​

  • In the morning, check out from the Abisko Hostel

  • Transfer to Kiruna by Train/ bus then, Leave for Stockholm by flight. 

  • The TRIP ENDS here.

  • Due to any unavoidable circumstances - if any route changes or plan changes -- the extra cost would be incurred individually **

 

Terms & Conditions

 

  • You are an adult and you have to take full responsibility for yourself at all times and respect other cultures.

  •  If you are caught doing anything illegal you would be facing the consequences alone, travel to discover will not come into the picture.

  • You have to follow all the instructions told by the trip leader at all times.

  • When you are traveling alone you have to tell the team about your whereabouts.

  • You have to abide by all rules and regulations of another country.

  • You would be traveling with other people, you have to respect everyone's privacy.

  • We have a plan/itinerary for the whole trip but some things might get changed according to the situation please be prepared. (like flight delays etc)

  • No refund in case of cancellation of flights or interconnecting flights/trains.

  • We would be staying in a backpacker hostel all the time and would be sharing the room with other people, you are responsible for your own stuff and yourself
