  • Trek Info -  Har ki Doon (meaning Valley of Gods)  is the area of ​​Uttarakhand in Uttarkashi district, situated in the lap of Fateh mountain, around the rivers Rupin and Supin, tributaries of Yamuna. It is an extremely inaccessible region located near the high Himalayas. In the backdrop of the valley, an altitude peak of 21000 feet is also seen, which is believed to be That Yudhishthira had gone to heaven from this peak along with other Pandavas during the Mahabharata period.

  • What to expect -  The region is a tilt-shaped valley in the Garhwal Himalayas and is surrounded by snow-clad peaks and alpine flora. It is connected to the BSP valley by the Bosasu Pass. This valley is at an elevation of about 3500 meters above mean sea level and is covered with snow from October to March. The valley is about 25 km from the taluka. Trekking travelers arrive in the valley. And its trek starts from village Taluka, passes through Gangad, Osala, and the border.

Trip Itinerary

 

The meeting point for all travelers would be Dehradun.

Meeting time will be informed

 

Day 1:- Dehradun to Sankri.

Day 2:- Sankri to Ganghad.

Day 3:- Ganghad to Kalkatidhar.

Day 4:- Kalkatidhar to Har ki dun and back to Kalkatidhar.

Day 5:- Kalkatidhar to Ganghad.

Day 6:- Ganghad to Sankri.

Day 7:- Sankri to Dehradun.

Inclusions: **

The Har Ki Dun trek package includes:

 

  • Transportation support on Traveller, Ertiga, or Innova (depending on the size of the group) throughout the journey.

  • Accommodation on sharing basis.

  • All meals (vegetarian), including everything from Dinner on Day 1 toBreakfast on Day 6.

  • A well-experienced and certified trek leader.

  • Cook

  • Supporting staff.

  • Forest permit.

  • Camping equipment like tents, sleeping bags, gaiters, and crampons (if required) will be provided.

Exclusions: **

The Har Ki Dun trek package does NOT include:

  • Anything that has not been covered in the inclusions mentioned above.

  • Porters or mules to carry your personal luggage. The cost per bag (10/12 kg) is 300 per day.

  • Any kind of personal expenses.

  • Any kind of personal medication.

  • You are an adult and you have to take full responsibility for yourself at all times and respect other cultures.

  •  If you are caught doing anything illegal you would be facing the consequences alone, travel to discover will not come into the picture.

  • You have to follow all the instructions told by the trip leader at all times.

  • When you are traveling alone you have to tell the team about your whereabouts.

  • You have to abide by all the rules and regulations of another country.

  • You would be traveling with other people, you have to respect everyone's privacy.

  • We have a plan/itinerary for the whole trip but some things might get changed according to the situation please be prepared.(like flight delays etc)

  • No refund in case of cancellation of trip due to Covid to the client or lockdown in-state - credit note will be issued.

  • We would be staying in camps all the time and would be sharing the room with other people, you are responsible for your own stuff and yourself
