Trip Itinerary

 

Day 1: The trip starts in Helsinki 

 

• You need to reach Helsinki by afternoon or evening.

• Check in at the accommodation, centrally located and close to major attractions. The capital city has a lot to offer.

• Start your journey in Finland’s capital by visiting Aleksanterinkatu, one of the main streets of the city.

• Visit the Helsinki Cathedral 

• Enjoy the cafe culture and nightlife of this city.

• The night is free. You may visit A21 Decades Bar for drinks.

 

Day 2: Helsinki 

 

• Start your day with breakfast at the accommodation.

• Check out - drop bags at the train station lockers and head out for a day trip to Suomenlinna island

•  Take a ferry and head to the UNESCO World Heritage site - Suomenlinna 

• After returning in the evening, head for a Free walking tour of the city and get to know this city.

• Relax till evening and then head for a great Sauna experience, which is a must when in Finland

• Return to your accommodation late at night after a sauna experience

Day 3: Free Day Helsinki / Day trip to Tallinn  

 

• Today, after breakfast, you can explore Helsinki or head for a day trip to explore the beautiful Tallinn

• Return by evening and enjoy free time

• Dinner and Drinks 

 

Day 4: Rovaniemi - Lapland - Time to Visit Santa Claus - Arctic Circle Northern Light Belt

 

Rovaniemi, the capital of Finnish Lapland, is home to an eclectic – and unusual – array of museums

• Reach in the morning by flight

• Check in at boutique accommodation, centrally located, and close to all the places you would be exploring.

• Head to explore the Santa Claus Village till evening 

• Return by evening, Late Lunch, and get ready for your Northern light tour in the evening.

• In the evening, you all head out for a guided tour of Northern Lights Chase - Bonfire + Cookies + Hot tea and another guidance from a very professional photographer

Day 5: Rovaniemi - Lapland 

 

• Start your day with a reindeer ride at Santa Village ( Optional )

• Explore Santa Claus Village 

• Return by Lunch 

• Explore Rovaniemi 

• Evening at Leisure 

• Evening at leisure or opt for another Northern Lights tour.

Day 6: Rovaniemi - Lapland 

​

• Free day

• Start your day with another activity, exploring a Husky or Polar Ice breaker cruise from Rovaniemi

• Afternoon, head to the Arctic Snowhotel and experience something different 

• Evening at leisure or head out for a Lappish dinner experience

Day 7: Tromsø

• Take a morning flight and head to Tromsø

• Lunch 

• Explore the city

• Evening, head for your Northern Lights tour.

Day 8: Tromsø 

​

• After breakfast, you start with your Dog sledding tour ( optional activity ) 

• Whale watching tour ( optional activity )

• Return by late noon 

• Relax 

• Explore the city center

• In the evening, head out for the Chasing the Northern Lights tour, if unlucky the previous night ​

 

Day 9: Oslo 

​

• Reach Oslo by the afternoon.

• Check in at the accommodation, centrally located and close to major attractions.

• Walking tour of the main street, Karl Johans gate. ( info would be provided in the guidebook )

• Dinner and drinks at Grünerløkka.

Day 10: Oslo ​

​

• You start your day early today by exploring the beautiful "Vigeland Sculpture Park," known for displaying the works of Gustav Vigeland.

• Explore Kvadraturen - the Historical center of Oslo. A must-visit. Very old buildings, museums, and art galleries. Most of the city’s oldest buildings are present in this part of the city. 

• You spend your time walking and getting to know this city. Take the walk up to the Royal Palace from Karl Johan gate and explore the streets around it.​

• Evening dinner and drinks.

Day 11: Stockholm

​

• Check out 

• Afternoon flight to Stockholm 

• Lunch

• Explore Stortorget Square or explore the Gamla Stan on a Bicycle ride.

• Dinner and drinks in Gamla Stan Restaurant

​

Day 12: Explore Stockholm

​

• After breakfast, head out to the Royal Palace, or Stockholm Palace, the heart of Stockholm

• After that, head to Stockholm City Hall, an iconic historic building with grand ceremonial halls and unique arts. It offers guided tours throughout the day.

• Have lunch in nearby restaurants.

• Evening is free to explore the City Center.

• Enjoy the nightlife in Stockholm.

Day 13: Depart for India

​

• Trip ends.
