Trip Itinerary

• The trip starts in Mangalore. 

​

Day 1 - Arrive in Coorg

​

• Arrival at the Mangalore Airport

• Airport pickup and transfer to the hotel/homestay in Coorg

• Explore Talacauveri - located in the picturesque location of Brahmagiri hills

• Visit Bhagamandala- it is famous for the confluence of the three sacred rivers Kaveri, Sujyothi, and Kanika

• Enjoy the local food

• Unwind and relax

Day 2 –  Discover Coorg

​

• After an early breakfast starts the journey towards Dubare Elephant Camp.

• The Dubare Elephant Camp is a forest camp on the banks of the River Kaveri. Enjoy river rafting, trekking, and fishing here. 

• Proceed towards Bylukuppe Tibettian Settlement- the largest Tibetan settlement in Karnataka.

• Drive towards Kaveri Nisargadhama, a wonderful picnic spot situated on the banks of River Kaveri at Kushalanagar. 

• Visit Abbey Falls, one of the picturesque waterfalls of Karnataka situated amidst a beautiful coffee estate with a hanging bridge.

• Visit holy Omkareshwara Temple – Explore the Islamic and Gothic styles of architecture.

• Evening, visit Raja Seat - a seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains. Enjoy a spectacular sunset here with an amazing valley view

Day 3 - Transfer from Coorg to Chikmagalur 

​

• Early morning transfer from Coorg to Chikmagalur 

• Visit to Ayyanakere near Sakharayapatna village

• Chill out and relax at Ayyanakere

• Return to hotel and relax

Day 4 – Discover Chikmagalur

​

• After an early breakfast starts the journey towards Seethalayanagiri and Mullayanagiri- Mullayanagiri is the highest peak of Karnataka(Vehicles are allowed till Seethalayanagiri and you will need to do a small trek to Mullayanagiri). 

• Visit Kavikal Gandi Viewpoint located at the Kavikal Gandi check post in the Mullayangiri–Bababudangiri hill range.

• Discover the following beautiful waterfalls- Dabdabe Waterfalls and Honnamana Halla

• Drive to Baba Budan Giri, a range of mountains in Chikmagalur 

• Visit Sree Guru Dattatreya Baba Budan Swamy Durgah (temple and a durgah)

Day 5 – Transfer to Mangalore Airport

• Leave Chikmagalur and proceed toward Mangalore Airport

​

• We have a plan/itinerary for the whole trip but some things might get changed according to the situation please be prepared.(like flight delays etc)

• No refund in case of cancellation of flights or interconnecting flights/trains.
